I start by talking with you and developing a detailed personalized plan for you, that includes a movement analysis of your strength, endurance, mobility and coordination. At Personal Training, you’ll get my full and undivided attention. While you are practicing, I monitor and support your movements continuously. The exercises are extremely well-defined, based on my knowledge of sports-science and very long personal experience in sports. After the first few lessons you will already start to feel better, and soon after will see other positive results. I will effectively adapt and target your Personal Training according to your progress.

PILATES EQUIPMENT - My Pilates instruction is enhanced by the extremely high-class machines in our studio. In addition to the Combo Chair and the Allegro Reformer you can use the Wall Unit and Rolls and Back-Bends in the studio. In particular, by using the Wall Unit, you have the opportunity to learn difficult exercises for advanced practicing as a whole and to internalize them as a logical process. Practicing with the Pilates Equipment will help give you a detailed inner picture of your movements. You practice with the help of springs, ropes and pulleys and trapeze. The intensity is adjusted according to the phase of your training. The body is guided constantly, which makes a huge difference in helping you do the correct exercise even if you are a beginner. The effect of this training is a natural increase in flowing movements for the deeper muscles, which gives you long-term reinforcement for your spine and joints. Using our Pilates Equipment makes you noticeably stronger, enhances your shape and gives you mobility and good posture as well as inner and outer balance.
